Return & Exchange Policy

🚫 No Refunds

  • Please note that we do not offer refunds.

  • You may exchange your item for another product or receive store credit to use on your next purchase.

⏱ Timeframe for Returns

  • All returns must be initiated within 2 business days of receiving your order.

📦 How to Return

  • We will book the courier for you.

  • A courier fee of R160 must be paid to us before collection.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (undamaged and unworn).

  • Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or assist you in selecting another product.

🔄 Exchanges

  • If you select a new item, you will need to pay the courier fee again for delivery of the replacement product.
